Why Does the Body React So Naturally to CBD?
CBD, or cannabidiol, is just like the chemicals our bodies produce naturally. That’s right, we produce our own endocannabinoids. In fact, they make up a network of chemicals and receptors in our bodies called the Endocannabinoid System. And it’s this same system that helps us maintain homeostasis, better known as metabolic equilibrium, or balance. And CBD has been shown to help maintain homeostatic balance. How?
